Hi, real estate investor in Conroe/Montgomery Tx looking to expand my portfolio in the North Houston suburbs. My addictive personality lead me to buy and sell many different things online and in person. From cell phones to motorcycles to cars and more. In 2010 I began to look at the real estate market as a huge opportunity. Many of my friends and family have made real estate a great secondary business and I want to be apart. By the end of the year I will have acquired 5 total units my first year. I will be looking into keep up the steady pace of purchasing rentals and also looking into the commercial space. ei storage space, apartments or NNN leasing opportunities. Experience: After working in sales for only a few months I bought 2.8 acres in Willis, Tx off of FM 1097. This was raw land and had no cash flow and i had no money to build anything on it. 4/4/2017 - I will be selling this raw land on a wrap mortgage with a $10k down payment. I will be financing 100k with My payment: 350 Mo. I collect: $871 Mo. 15 year note Then to my second deal which i just closed recently, is a tri-plex in a very nice neighborhood in Conroe near the Lake. Idea was I wanted something to actually cash flow! 4/4/2017: monthly expenses: ~1,400 Total Rent: 2,350 4/4/2017 I bought a mobile home, moved it on to a lot in Montgomery, TX and fixed it up. I did this with all my own cash and will be selling it via owner financing with $10,000 down payment and financing 65k over 15 years at a higher than average interest rate which will bring in about $700 per month Real Estate Goals: complete at least 3 wholesale deals by May 2017 Flip a home in 2017 Purchase 5 units min. per year continue to analyze commercial opportunities Currently Seeking: After buying my first multi family property, I now want to buy a "Flip" house so my wife and I could do a "live in Flip". I hope to close on a house before the summer of 2017
