I run an energy business called grid.technologies based out of San Diego. We have developed a product called ivy that adds a brand new revenue stream to existing property investments through solar. We help real estate investors convert their properties to solar, then we sell the energy made on those roofs to their tenants. The tenants enjoy a discount on energy costs, and the property owners immediately have a new revenue stream that is cash-flow positive from day one.
