Tyler Alberson

I grew up in Bryan/College Station, TX, home to Texas A&M University. My senior year at Texas A&M, while studying economics and business, I bought my first fourplex. Before graduating my dad, uncle and I bought our second fourplex. After graduation I decided to obtain my Realtor's license and continue investing full-time. After longterm flipping a couple of properties for major profits and growing my portfolio to over 50 units, I realized I had created a team of property managers, investors, mortgage bankers, and maintenance workers. With a trustworthy team making each property run smoothly I created a REI company to help as many people as possible build residual income through investment property ownership.
