Tyler Casey

I founded my property management company in 2009 at the age of 20. I received my real estate license in 2010 at the age of 22. I bought my first rental property, a 4 bedroom house hack, in 2007 at the age of 18. My company Pro X now manages 2100+ rental units, we have 14 real estate agents who work with us, my wife and I own 150 doors and are launching a real estate fund. I also founded a construction company which I’ve since sold to my former business partner. I tried opening another branch of my real estate sales business in Kansas City that failed miserably. I purchased a retail store which is still in operation and am in progress on my pilots license. Learning to fly was in part motivated by my desire to expand my self storage and mobile home park holdings. I’ve tried a lot of different things. I’ve failed at several of them. I’m now focused on explosively growing and improving my property management business and my own real estate investments. It is our goal to make Pro X the best property management company in the world and revolutionize housing. This focus has been serving me extremely well.
