I started investing in 2009 buying foreclosures, fixing them up and reselling. Since then I've flipped over 85 houses and collected a modest portfolio of multifamily rentals. In 2011, I started Rarebird Real Estate with my business partner, Mike Nuss. Rarebird has morphed into an investment firm, realty brokerage, property management company and networking group focused on making the Portland metro real estate market a kickass place to invest!
