Air Force Veteran seeking to become relevant in the REI game! I am new to the real estate investing game. I am seeking a money partner for equity stakes in my initial deals as I get my feet wet. I post my analyses daily for critique and education and hopefully find some initial partners. Strategy: B&H, SFR & Small Multis (for now) Market(s): OH, IN, KC, STL, Small Pockets in the Southeast USA. Criteria: looking for C to B+ neighborhoods and homes not needing immediate rehab, where tenants are either in place or easy to find and place due to location and condition of home/neighborhood. Underwriting: doing 10+ deal analyses a day looking for the base hits and line drive doubles that David Greene and BT discuss often. I intend never to sell (unless a 1031 exchange). Long Term Vision - 2500 doors by 2053, bringing my partners, mentors, friends, and family along the way.
