Hello! I am a residential and commercial real estate appraiser working in a family business under the guidance of a Certified General, which specializes in complex residential property and commercial real estate valuation. I primarily serve the larger Denver metro market, as well as numerous luxury and rural markets located across the state. I specialize in complex property valuations and focus on work in Colorado's luxury ski resort markets such as Vail, Breckenridge, Winter Park, etc. My passion lies with real estate. I love the analysis of the valuation, but I’m also intending to utilize what I’ve learned about how properties are valued to invest in real estate and develop passive income using the BRRRR method, eventually working my way up to investing in a 12+ unit apartment complex. I love real estate itself, it just happens to also be a path to wealth. And by wealth, I mean the concept of being free to do what makes you happy. Whether that means traveling the world while living on $50,000/year from investing or being able to buy that $1 million house that you’ve been eyeing for a while (or $10 million!). For me, it means the ability to spend time traveling the world with my girlfriend and eventually live internationally, with houses in her home country of Germany and my home state of Minnesota, as well as Norway (where my family is from).
