Growing up in SE Mass and RI - changing schools multiple times - has given me the opportunity to hone my social skills to be able to maneuver through all walks of life. After high school I worked full time in the restaurant industry while relentlessly studying human psychology and personal development. Working as a dishwasher, server, bartender, cook, and manager allowed me to hone my work ethic; leadership skills; plus let me see all sides of the hospitality business. At 25 I read 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad' and it's been all up hill from there. Endless amounts of books, podcasts, and forums later my thirst for real estate investing has yet to be quenched. REI is absolutely the vehicle I have chosen to build generational wealth for me and my family. So after a few real estate exams, countless networking opportunities, and some integrating into the real estate world I have found myself with a house-hack that became a cash-flowing asset. Multiple flip projects occurring simultaneously. Plus a great day job where I help investors eliminate their tenant headaches, convert their deferred maintenance into jobs getting completed, and getting their cashflow to become that elusive 'mailbox money' we are all chasing. None of this could've been done with out the support of the network I have and my peers that have lit the way for me to grow and develop as a professional. When ever I'm not working you can find me at the gym (drinking a nice post work out shake from 1st Phorm when i'm done), reading a good book, kicking some butt on xbox, spending time with the family, petting my dogs, or learning something new.
