I am a licensed Realtor specializing in working with investors in Central Florida. After my wife and I bought our first home we set out and bought a small single-family home in the downtown Orlando area that we have owned as a rental property ever since. After buying that first property I knew that real estate would be my future but I didn't know in what capacity. As I endeavored to learn more about investing in real estate I found BiggerPockets.com and became heavily involved in the community. In 2019 I got licensed as a real estate agent to help with my own investing. I started to have out-of-state investors reach out to me through BiggerPockets asking for help investing in the Orlando and Central Florida market. I was and am happy to help. I quickly found that I enjoyed helping others build their portfolios. After 2 years of of helping investors and friends buy real estate in Orlando and Central Florida part-time, I made the leap to full-time Realtor/Investor and quit my full-time job. I now have a team and partners across Florida that are specialized in helping investors. Our goal is to help make buying real estate accessible to everyone, new homeowners, new investors, and seasoned investors alike. We focus on making it easy for out-of-state investors to get involved in the hot Florida real estate market. I recently started a Podcast called "The Orlando Podcast" I interview local business owners and community leaders to hear their stories and share how they choose to serve people in our local community. You can find it on Youtube and all the podcasting platforms. My portfolio today consists of 7 long-term rentals and 1 short-term all in Central Florida. I am interested in connecting with buyers, sellers, contractors, property management professionals, other investors, and ocal Central Florida business owners (does not need to be a real estate related business).
