-I'm new to the REI world even though I've been interested in real estate for the better part of my life, and educating myself on everything involved in REI. - I've always been cautious with my money and always carried as little debt as possible. This generally means that I never set aside enough liquid capital to invest in real estate (or at least that's what I've been telling myself for years). -I've since changed that mindset and I'm pushing forward in the right direction.
