Real Estate Investing is a game of numbers, boot strapping and DIY-ing your way to a profit. That’s why a lot of people, even on this site, have written my skill set off as “unnecessary expenses”. Good thing I like a challenge... I’ve worked with investors and developers on more than 150 projects of all shapes and sizes... From simple executive board room remodels to a $250,000,000 hotel in a major metropolitan area, and all the way down to just picking finishes for a friends home renovation. Any designer worth their salt is more than pretty pictures and a fancy haircut. Designers solve specific problems for real clients in real situations with real budgets. I’ve come to Bigger Pockets to prove my worth to this investing community, to pique someone’s interest, and to stand in the path of opportunity.
