I started investing in real estate in 2006 in the Chicagoland area. I moved to Milwaukee in 2013 and since moving to Milwaukee have decided to move towards real estate investing full time. I have become a licensed realtor in WI and look forward to meeting more like minded investors in the Milwaukee area! Experience: I am a real estate enthusiast with 8 doors currently and my Real Estate License for the state of Wisconsin! I bought my first property in 2006 without any intention of becoming an investor. I slowly bought 2 more properties and found myself with 3 doors in the suburbs of Chicago. In 2013, I moved to Wauwatosa and shortly afterwards decided to become a Realtor in the state of Wisconsin. I currently hold my real estate license with Keller Williams in New Berlin WI. I specialize working with investors in the Milwaukee area as well as buyers for their own personal residence. Since getting my license, it has really helped in my investing as well getting more connected and bought a 3 flat on the east side. Currently my portfolio is 6 doors and looking to expand. Real Estate Goals: To continue to work with buyers who are intested in becoming investors! It has been a blessing for me to this point and I welcome the opportunity to continue to work with buyers. On the investing side, I hope to add 3 doors per year minimum. Currently Seeking: Buyers and Investors looking in the Southeast Wisconsin area.
