Tyler Torres

Hi, I am Tyler I live in Oceanside, California. I am an aspiring real estate investor. I have a great career as a journeyman lineman. While the job pays very well I am still wanting more. I started getting into real estate once I finished my apprenticeship, since then I have been able to save a large junk of my wages. And I think it is time for me to make that leap to investing. It is very nerve racking taking this step and while I I have been devoting a lot of time to gain as much knowledge as I can in this field, I have came to bigger pockets to take it to the next level. While the San Diego market is still white hot, I have considered doing out of state rentals. But I am still in the early stages of trying to find a city. Any information that you can pass my way would be greatly appreciated.
