I own a HomeVestors franchise and am primarily a Single-family and multi-family investor based out of the Salt Lake City, UT area. Looking to continue to build my portfolio of fix and flips, long-term rentals, nightly rentals. Prior to buying the HomeVestors franchise I flipped homes on my own. Primarily focused on SLC, UT metro area, but will venture out of that area (including out-of-state) for the right property.
