Rental Property Investor
I am currently looking for my first BRRR deal in Chicago area. I have done my homework and now I need to identify a real estate agent and one or two lenders with experience doing these type of deals. I have an MBA and have been a Finance Manager for 8 years so I am very comfortable analyzing the economics of a deal and accounting for risk vs reward. I also have a good personal relationship with a general contractor that will act as an advisor.
