I am a lender for Intercap Lending specializing in Conventional Financing options. I started to pursue a career in real estate after stumbling onto Bigger Pockets back in 2016. I have always been Interested in buying homes and selling them for profit, but did not realize the potential in that until I started to listen to the Bigger Pockets Podcasts. A lot of my life now revolves around what I have learned on here. I love learning about every aspect of real estate investing and am currently house hacking a duplex. I have a wife and 2 boys and we are all going through this journey together. All thought we were extremely nervous to start we have made it work. From cement settled floor fixes, to snake relocating, we have had an adventuresome 1 1/2 years. We are finally finished with the bulk of our rehab and are ready to move out and put tenants in our unit. We are interested in house hacking, house flipping, and long term rentals. I have also toyed with long distance investing have looked into that as well. But most of all, I am all about getting the best rate and program available so that I can maximize ROI. Which is why I wanted to immerse myself in the Mortgage world. I love helping other people get the best deal that they can. And helping people save some money on refinances.
