I'm Canadian and have experience in the Halifax area, Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. I have 5 years experience operating 10+ Airbnb rentals. I have invested in apartment units and single family houses, and managed tenants in both types of investments. I've done one flip on a SFH I bought in an auction and converted to an over-under duplex. Moving forward I'm aiming to buy SFH's in the Halifax area to convert to duplexes, and side-by-side duplex conversions to 4plexes.
