Once I got out of the military and returned home ( Vancouver, Wa ) I took an interest in real estate investing. Took me a bit to get up and running but I'm here! I got my feet wet and really set the hook when I started doing bare land development for friends and family. Once I got the taste for that...I couldn't keep myself away. I like helping first time buyers and military as a real estate agent. Prefer to do bare land development for myself personally and JV deals on buy and hold single family homes when the right ones come around.
