Our current acquisition strategy is purchasing multi-family properties ranging from 50-500 units. Establishing concrete long-term relationships with investors, partners, residents, real estate brokers and agents, mortgage brokers and lenders, commercial bankers and lenders and all other real estate professionals is the daily objective. Operating with high levels of integrity and honesty is one of key ingredients of our competitive advantage.
