I am new to Real Estate Investing. I have had a heart for Real Estate for a long time and actually hold an "Inactive" Real Estate License in Georgia. I have not utilized the license. My current full time job is in Banking as a Product Owner. My over 24 year professional career has been in the following capacities in the Financial Services industry (Business Analyst, Quality Analyst, Project/Program Manager, Product Manager/Product Owner). I am looking to make Real Estate Investing my full-time career. Currently, I have a single family rental property in South Georgia that I inherited and my husband and I own a 2nd home in Panama City Beach, FL of which we do short term rentals when we're not there. Now, I want to start to Flip properties and acquire more rentals (multiplexes).
