I am both a landlord and a property manager in Hampton Roads, VA. Our PM firm is called PMI Virginia, and we are part of a national franchise brand of Property Management Inc. I also serve on the advisory board of the Rent Ready Norfolk initiative where I teach their property management and tenant screening classes. Experience: I've been investing in real estate since 2007. My husband and I have purchased hundreds of homes. We hold rentals, flip, and wholesale. I have extensive experience with the SEC 8 program. I am also a past president and lifetime board member of the oldest and largest real estate investing club in VA, the Tidewater Real Estate Investors Group.
