Hello bigger pockets community, I am A.L and I'm very interested in the buy and hold side of Real Estate investing. I have been in the university of Realestate for many years, and I’m finally about to graduate. Although I’ve been studying real estate for many years, I feel I'm brand new to investing and remain eager to learning the different areas of Real estate investing. I currently own one investment property that I'm renting with plans to buy and hold more in the very near future. My primary focus is to build a portfolio with buy and hold as my primary focus. However, I see wholesaling to be very interesting and a way to earn and learn the industry while also generating cash for income and future purchases. I'm eager to play monopoly, buy my next 4 houses then get my hotel. Im super excited about this journey and look forward to learning from everyone and continuing on my investment journey.
