Ulisses Terriquez

I am an ASE Certified Toyota Technician. I am currently trying to gain knowledge and invest in Multifamily Real Estate. I have attended some CRE meet ups and read some beginner books to learn some of the language. I want to connect with people that can help guide me in the right path. Update: I started My journey on January 2020. Since then I have purchased my first property on 9/16/2020. Started looking for off market property after closing by D4D and Cold Calling.
