Experience: I would consider myself a beginner in the RE investing world. I recently purchased(Mid Nov 2017) a property in IN through a TK provider and is currently undergoing a rehab. I am hoping to share more updates on it as we go further in the process. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to build my portfolio in the coming years. I am not certain on the number yet for 2018 since i am still in the process of productionalizing(if thats even a word), what i really mean to say is that get my current investment fully rehabbed and rented to see how things go. I am hoping to add atleast 1 or 2 more properties to my portfolio this year if all goes well. Currently Seeking: Seeking to learn from everybody out there who have been successful in this journey. I am also open to collaborating with people who are in shoe and just starting up. We can learn from each other and share our experiences as we go forward. We ought to share what we know or learn because thats the only real way to test and practice. Also thats where the joy is when you help a fellow entrepreneur or beginner. I have a FT job in the data world but i am willing to help anybody in my spare time wherever i can. I have a lot of experience in the data management field and have a keen eye for analytics.
