Hi!! I'm Umi (You - Me) I managed in the car business for 16 years and that career ended abruptly. Luckily, I had started investing in buy and hold real estate as well as flipping. I successfully (not without challenges) flipped 4 single family homes this year (2020) and currently have 17 units. I am looking to learn more about the business and of course make new connections and acquaintances.
