My real estate investing is done under the brand of Urban Overlap and focuses on urban neighborhoods where our approach to rehabbing and management brings dignity to the buildings and the tenants. I am a design and fabrication consultant for various architecture, engineering, fabrication, and branding firms. This work takes place under the BaserMatter brand which was established in 2011. Previous experience as the Design Director for Orange Chair - a custom furniture fabricator specializing in complex geometry and highly durable furniture systems. I have recently moved full time into real estate investing. Currently analyzing deals to add a third multi-family to the portfolio and looking for local investors to facilitate the deal.
