The majority of my clients are out of state and I am both a REALTOR and a Wholesaler with a primary focus on cash flow and flipping. I also have done BRRR, househacking, 1031 tax exchanges and syndication. I have done deals as small as 2-4 units and as large as 358 units. My background is in Property Management and Real Estate. I have been in the Real Estate industry since 1999 having started in Property Management. I was a Regional Asset Manager for large PM companies and managed properties in 4 states. I transitioned into real estate in 2011. Currently, I am a licensed REALTOR in Texas and my focus is investment properties. I personally flip homes and have cash flow properties as well as wholesale properties and find properties for investors. I would like to grow my network with fellow investors that want to flip or have cashflow properties.
