I have a degree in management and a master’s degree in computer Science. I worked 20 plus years in the software development business doing development and management . In that capacity I worked for Fortune 50 companies, like Home Depot, Lowes Home Improvement, Macys and with the biggest names on Information Technology, like Andersen Consulting and Oracle. Like many people, had and IRA investing in stocks but in 2015, I took all my money from the stock market and invested it in Real State using a Self Directed IRA. I started the Real estate investing as a side job and two years later I made it my full time job. It really paid off. After several years of investing with my own money, I now run an Investment Fund that accepts third party money in our investments. We buy distressed real estate assets, make them ready-to-market and sale them.
