About me: I currently have a small portfolio of a few rehabs and rentals in my area. I am a cash buyer, and always looking for a good deal on a SFRs, block homes in the Brandon, Riverview, Valrico, Gibsonton, Apollo Beach area. I would love to do some networking with others in the Tampa Bay area.
