Joined the Marine Corps right out of high school. Served one tour in Iraq. Honorably discharged in 2008. Took the $20k my parents sent aside for college and bought a rental property instead. Cash from #1 bought #2 and that is where I am at today. Both have excellent cash flow I am employed full time but always on the lookout for partners or opportunities to expand my holdings.
