I am a financially free Marine Corps veteran of 13+ years. We have been actively investing in Real Estate since 2015, and spend my time helping service members and veterans learn how to build wealth through real estate investing entrepreneurship, and personal finance through my online community: From Military to Millionaire, the largest military real estate investing community in the world! I am also the host of the Military Millionaire Podcast, occasionally a fill-in co-host of the BiggerPockets Money show, a self-published author, and all around down-to-earth guy! As a Marine, investor, husband, father, and blogger life gets a little busy periodically, but we manage! Experience: To date my wife and I bought and sold 150+ units including: One 10-Plex, one 23-unit, one 15-unit, a 40-unit hotel, a bunch of 1-4 unit rentals/BRRRR's/flips, and wholesale/tails, and co-sponsored (2) syndications with a total of 916 doors (but less than 1% ownership), a 5-acre plot of farmland (cattle-financed), and a 40-unit mixed-use building (which we discuss in a great deal on BiggerPockets show 734). We have done several buy-and-hold deals, and a couple of wholesale deals, as well as partnering on a flip in Hawaii. Real Estate Goals: Continue storing my wealth in real estate, but I am transitioning to deals where I am no longer stuck in the operations side of the house. Currently Seeking: -Larger multi-family properties, such as apartment complexes. -Mobile home parks, RV parks, and triple-net lease style properties! -Cash-flowing buy and hold Multi-family (or single-family) properties - if I can buy on solid creative financing terms! -private money lending, seller-financing, and other such partnership opportunities
