Full time transaction coordinator for multiple agents and always looking for more agents that need someone to do their paperwork so they have more time for their clients. Experience: Licensed in Real Estate in CA since 2001 and now specializing in Remote Rehab & Rental Real Estate in Mahoning County, Ohio. I also have my own business as a real estate transaction coordinator in southern CA. Real Estate Goals: Looking to venture into virtual flipping and possibly wholesaling the deals I cannot take on myself. Also looking at possible expanding into other low cost areas in various states. Currently Seeking: Real estate agents in California that need someone to do their paperwork so they have more time for their clients and can increase their business.
