I am a cosmetologist and certified massage therapist. I have my own Spa in Salinas, California. I use the money that I make in beauty industry and put into real estate. I also manage my two rental properties. I read “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” when I was eighteen. I want to invest in real estate to reduce my working hours and have more time for my family. Experience: I used to work for a construction company for 5 years and I am doing Airbnb. I have a Bachelor in Business. I am good with planning, managing money and accounting. Listening to BiggerPockets podcasts on the way to and from work makes me happy :) My real estate goal: achieve financial freedom in the next 5 years (May 2024). Now is July 2020, I have achieved 50% of my goals. I am currently seeking out of state investment and planning buy more houses in CA.
