Valerie Barracato

Hello BP Family, I’m originally from NY and I am currently residing in Richmond, VA, where I have been for the past 13 years. I am currently working towards my real estate license and looking for my first investment property. I have held various positions pertaining to property management and I am now networking and broadening my horizons within the Real estate market. Currently, I work with an organization that allows me to identify landlords/ investors interested in renting to individuals and families that have Housing Choice vouchers (Section 8). By joining the BP family, I hope to meet other well-versed and knowledgeable investors, property owners/managers, and others in the real estate industry. I look forward to communicating/connecting with you!
