Graduated from GA Tech with Mechanical Engineering degree. I currently own two Firehouse Subs franchises. New legislation three years ago made it so that opening a third location did not make sense as it would put me over the 50 employee threshold. So I needed another place to park my money; what better place than real estate! I am now a wholesaler, residential re-developer (rehabber), and a landlord. I am looking for private investors who would like 10-12% returns on their investments backed by real estate. An escrow account is set up by an attorney, as well as mortgage deed, promissory note, liability insurance (lender is additional payee).
