Experience: *February 2017- Triplex in Gorham, New Hampshire. *May 2018- Two duplexes in Windham, Maine. I'm in the acquisition stage of my journey. Growing my portfolio and expanding my network are my primary focuses. Real Estate Goals: I'm driven to achieve financial freedom and to become self-employed. (As of 3/29/2019 I am now self employed.) I'm looking to implement the BRRRR strategy and will perform fix-n-flip as well as partnerships in order to achieve these goals. Looking to scale into 12+ unit properties. Currently Seeking: I would like to begin by growing education and growing my portfolio with weekend sweat equity. I will reinvest the money into other investment properties with the long term goal of retiring from my 9-5 in order to work full time for my family, business, partners, and clients.
