I am a licensed real estate broker for NetWorth Realty. We work as a one-stop-shop for all of our investors' needs. I buy properties in as-is, where-is condition, and turn them over to my investors who, sequentially, do the repairs and put the properties back on the market for either rent or for sale. My organization facilitated over 1,970 investor purchases nationwide in 2017, and are currently on track to do well over 2,400 transactions this year. Most recently, we closed on 233 properties for just over $45M in real estate purchased. That was in a 31-day period, May 2018.
