I am an Aussie living in LA, via London and New York. I have a strong business background (including my CPA), as well as a creative piece, with a design degree from Parsons in NYC. I love construction and always have! - I have more tools than most guys I know! ;) These days am looking to create an income stream (actively and passively) on my own time and my own terms. Real estate ticks all the boxes in my "why"and is the perfect combination of my skillsets and interests. I am fortunate to have capital at hand and have built a great team.
