Super fresh in REI and trying to absorb as much knowledge as possible. I finally figured out recently why I am not motivated about the 9-5. I hate making other people rich! I’ve never cared about fancy titles or have ever asked for a promotion. They never mattered because I put in hard work and it “should” pay off. I’m ready to choose my own fortunes when I want to. Short term goals are to acquire the first cash flowing property and then some flips and more CF’ing properties to scale up the real estate business. Long term goals are to become 100% financially free to spend more time with the family and do the hobbies we all love.
