Originally from Cincinnati, OH. I moved away at 19 after joining the United States Coast Guard and since then have lived in places as far as San Diego, CA to Manama, Bahrain. I earn my active income in the IT field, and am extremely motivated to build my real estate business. I currently own 1 SFR in Corpus Christi that I am house-hacking. Financial freedom and passive income streams in general are extremely interesting to me. I feel as though if we as people have the power to choose whether or not we want money to be a burden or a tool that we can utilize effectively, why choose a burden? I will forever be a student and I hope I can teach those who come in contact with me, so mentors are welcome and peers too!
