I'm a home automation programmer with a computer networking background trying to get into the real estate investing business. My main focus is investing in out of state opportunities and finding BRRRR deals to keep purchasing the next best thing. Learned a ton from listening to the podcasts and reading Brandon's and David's books. Excited to get more insight in REI and reading all your posts/feedbacks.
