I'm a working professional and a real estate investor. I'm really excited about the possibilities in REI. I've lost money on a couple of properties, but now I am here to learn and make sure it doesn't happened again. We own a couple of single family residences and duplex out of state. We just bought our first short term rental in California. Experience: I owned a condo and a house, rented one and lived in the other. I no longer have either one, but own the home I'm in. Real Estate Goals: I want to build a portfolio of single and multi-family rentals, but I'm also interested in mobile home properties. I love my job and the restaurant I co-own, but as we all know things can take a turn at any moment. My goal is to keep my full time job for at least another 7 years, and then evaluate whether or not I want to continue doing that on a full time or part time basis. This is why I'm working on REI. Currently Seeking: At this time, I'm really interested in out of state turnkey or syndicated properties. I'm also interested in hard money loaning.
