If the numbers make sense, lets go for it! Experience: Hello All, We've always been very interested in Real Estate. We have a rental property that we have been holding onto for about 7 years now. We've only dealt with rental properties in the past but want to learn more. Real Estate Goals: My wife and I want to purchase five rental properties within the next five years. We are also interested in flipping properties and wholesaling.This is all in preparation for retirement. We would love to have a mentor who is interested in telling us their story while simultaneously teaching us a thing or two. I currently work for the Department of Defense and my wife works for Rutgers University. Currently Seeking: We are currently seeking a rehab project that we can flip for a fast return on our investment. It would be our first project together, so we are hoping to have a pleasant experience.
