I buy and flip houses and vacant lots, placing them under contract, and also I help find good deals for my clients. I drive trucks at night for constant cash flow, for now. My background is in Building Engineering, electricity, electronics and carpentry . I fully understand the process of rehabbing, although I'm not a rehabber myself. I'm too....... old for that sort of thing. My goal is to build enough capital to purchase, rehab and flip my own properties without need for loans and hard money. I'm giving Real Estate my full attention now, I'm sure flipping property can become my main income source with perseverance. As of now, so far, so good.
