I stumbled into the Bigger Pockets world via another podcast and have jumped into the deep end (i.e. read too many books, sat in my car for an extra 40 minutes after getting home "finishing a podcast", told everyone that I know that they need to learn about this..). I currently own a duplex in Santa Cruz, CA (I live in one unit and Airbnb the other) and am interested in SFR or small multi-family investing in Texas, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Florida.
