About myself
I currently work doing business valuation at Scalar. We value many different types of businesses (high-tech startups to doctor offices) from all different sizes ($2Bn+ to $500K or less). This has given me a diverse set of experiences. It's made me realize where a lot of the true value out there lies, which has led me to my love for real estate. CURRENT NEED: I want to turn a residence we own into corporate housing, or housing for traveling nurses. If you have any info on how to do this most successfully, please DM me.
