I've bought bank owned properties, fixed them up, and currently rent them out for good positive cash flow. I'm looking to continue adding these kinds of properties to my portfolio, as well as do the occasional rehab/flip deal. Currently doing more and more Turnkey rental property in TN and MS. Experience: Recently restarted our real estate investing again 3 years ago. Have 3 cash-flow properties under our belt and are looking to add more. Real Estate Goals: Would like to retire in 10 yrs or less and have a real estate cash-flow portfolio of 15 paid off properties or more. Currently Seeking: Currently looking for under-market value properties that have good cash-flow. Typically looking for properties that will produce 10% or more cash-on-cash return with no debt or more than 20% with debt.
