I was a Licensed Practical Nurse for 30 years and did administrative support work for 10 years. In 2008, due to unemployment, I took an early retirement and went to College of Lake County for business. For the last 4 years I have been working on real estate investing. I have studied with Ron LeGrand, Jerry Norton, Chris Chico and Chris Goff. At present my main focus is creative strategies such as lease options and owner finance. I have a website with On Carrot which is awesome. My target market is Knoxville, TN where I hope to move to in the near future. Experience: I have been studying real estate investing for years starting with Ron LeGrand. There are no close REIA clubs near me, so I rely on the internet for training and building relationships.
