Hi, I'm a newbie RE investor from Seattle, WA. I'm looking for recommendation of property manager / realtor in Indianapolis, IN. This winter (2020/2021) I'm going to buy 2-3 cash flowing SFHs in Indianapolis, IN as my next investment. Here is my track record of REI: 1) I closed two projects in San Francisco Bay Area (buying tax defaulted land, developing it to the building permit stage and selling it) It was 2013-2018 timeframe. 2) In 2018 I bought 2 rental SFH around Raleigh, NC using 1031 Exchange. That's it. My primary job is software engineering management.
