About myself
If you cannot resell it because you are missing a piece on the puzzle , call me. You came across a property or a deal you cannot make it work. Give me a try. I do JV. We all win. Ugly Homes, title issues, legal issues, foundation problems ,city liens, irs liens, missing person who has the right to sell, probates, etc, I like them.
